Rhonel Cinous is a dedicated professional committed to advocacy and community service. With experience in paralegal work, local radio hosting, and freelance voiceover talent, Rhonel has found his niche as the host of "The Ramp. It. Up! Podcast," where he shares his recovery journey and highlights stories from the spinal cord injury and disorder (SCI/D) community.

In addition to podcasting, Rhonel serves as the Lead Assistive Technology Trainer at the TSF Foundation and a Digital Accessibility Tester at Fable. He was also a founding member of the United Spinal Association's Tech Access Group in 2020.

Rhonel facilitates the United Spinal Association's TechTalks, providing a platform to discuss how technology enhances accessibility. Through his podcast and TechTalks, he amplifies marginalized voices, raising awareness about disability advocacy, universal accessibility, and broader issues affecting the disabled community.

Charisma Sydnor

Charisma Jamison, 28, has lived most of her life as a native of Richmond, Virginia and is currently living in LA, California. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she pursued her master’s in Occupational Therapy at Shenandoah University. The success of her and her husband’s business led her down a new and exciting path where she was able to use her platform for a broader purpose.

Together they started their vlog to bring people into their lives, their relationship, to answer some questions about how they navigate the world with some of the behind-the-scenes stuff people typically don't see, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair.

Outside of their channel, Charisma uses her Instagram to share what it is like being a caregiver to her husband, as well as tips and tricks to maintain a healthy mind, body, and soul while caring for someone.

Cole Sydnor

Cole Sydnor is an LA-based, Virginia-born, Disabled actor, content creator and speaker. He runs “Roll with Cole & Charisma” on YouTube with his wife Charisma, where they showcase their life as an interabled and interracial couple. Cole has been featured in campaigns with Discovery+, Paypal, American Express and more. He recently worked with Google, Chevy, and is the Brand Ambassador for Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods and CVS. With his acting and content creation, Cole's goal is to destigmatize disability and interabled relationships, and demonstrate that contrary to what many people might think, life with a disability can be exciting and filled with love, laughter, and adventure.

Cole was recently featured in the short film, UNDECIDED, which follows three people deciding whether or not to keep a pregnancy as they explore how the idea of "motherhood" elicits questions around identity, relationships, and their futures.

David Cooks, a T-6 paraplegic, is a Speaker, a Podcast Host, a Certified Business Coach and an award -winning Author of the book “Getting Undressed – From Paralysis to Purpose”.
